Break the Roles asked all members of the Open Government Partnership to strengthen gender perspectives and increase women's voices across government. 

 

Our goal was for at least 30 percent of members to take meaningful action on gender in one year. We exceeded our goal, with 40 percent of members implementing reforms or policy changes with real impact.

 

Thanks to our members and partners, we met this goal. Gender and inclusion were also the most popular topics in the 2020 Action Plans.
